Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the pga88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pga88 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses generated across those accounts.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your national identity card), date of birth, active Indonesian mobile number (+62), valid email address, and bank account details for withdrawal purposes. pga88 does not accept registrations using temporary email addresses, virtual phone numbers, or anonymising proxy services.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pga88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify pga88 support immediately via live chat or WhatsApp.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, pga88 requires Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process requires the submission of: (a) a government-issued photo identity document (Indonesian National Identity Card — KTP, or valid passport); (b) proof of address dated within the last three months (bank statement, utility bill, or equivalent); and (c) where requested, a selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document. pga88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to satisfy its verification obligations. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request will result in the request being cancelled.
pga88 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfer to and from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). pga88 does not charge foreign exchange fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of pga88.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Member account tier. pga88 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time; current limits are displayed on the Deposits and Withdrawals page within your Account dashboard.
Deposits are credited to your IDR Wallet in real time or within a maximum of 5 minutes of confirmed bank receipt. Withdrawals are processed within an average of 3 minutes and a maximum of 24 hours from submission, subject to KYC completion, system availability, and the operating hours of your chosen payment channel. pga88 targets and consistently achieves sub-three-minute withdrawal processing for all major Indonesian bank and e-wallet channels.
All deposits must be made from a payment account held in the name of the registered Member. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account is held in a different name from the registered Member — are strictly prohibited. pga88 reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected to originate from a third-party account and to request source-of-funds documentation in connection with large or unusual deposit activity.
Withdrawal of Real Money Balance is available at any time subject to KYC completion. Withdrawal of funds derived from a Bonus Balance is subject to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements as described in Clause 5. pga88 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of account verification or an active investigation into suspected Prohibited Activity.
pga88 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Members at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including minimum deposit requirements, game eligibility, wagering multipliers, maximum bet per round while wagering bonus funds, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out in this Clause and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, Bonus Balances are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms page. Bets placed on certain game categories (including but not limited to: low-margin casino games, certain table-game bet types, and specific sportsbook markets with odds below a stated threshold) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirement completion. Full game contribution rates are published within each promotion's terms.
pga88 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome; systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play; and collusion with other Members to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where bonus abuse is identified, pga88 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or close the implicated Account(s).
Bonus Balances and any associated free spins or free bets that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion's terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Member's Account without notice or compensation.
Members must use the pga88 Platform exclusively for its intended purpose of personal recreational online gaming. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
All content on the pga88 Platform — including but not limited to the pga88 brand name, logo, design language, website structure, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of pga88 or its licensed third-party content providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. All game outcomes on pga88 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as dealt or spun by the live dealer. In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, pga88 will review the relevant game logs, which constitute the definitive record of the outcome. pga88's decision following such a review is final.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pga88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of that Member's Real Money Balance deposited in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pga88 expressly excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if pga88 has been advised of the possibility of such losses. This exclusion applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

pga88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than a confirmed breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method within 10 business days, subject to the completion of all outstanding KYC and verification requirements.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law and commercial contract. pga88 operates under an international gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory framework of its licensing jurisdiction. Where negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 calendar days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules applicable to the platform's licensing jurisdiction.
pga88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, pga88 will notify Members via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or via the email address registered to their Account, with a minimum of 7 calendar days' notice prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting the pga88 support team.
